XAOIN's first group-purchasing campaigns are in preparation. We are defining the process for assessing proposals, negotiating terms and presenting understandable offers.
Ideas, campaigns and offers
A category or published idea helps explain what could be assessed. It does not establish stock, a negotiated price, a delivery deadline or availability to purchase. An information campaign is not a contractual offer either.
Before opening a campaign
The campaign page must explain the product or specification, geographic scope, stage, timetable and requirements for progressing. Interest sufficient to negotiate must be distinguished from any purchase commitments required by final terms.
Before enabling a contract
The seller, complete price, taxes and costs, any MAILOGA remuneration, deadlines and applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms must be known. If a deposit or payment authorisation is used, its purpose and effects must be explained before it is requested.
Understandable stages
- In preparation: information about a possible campaign, without an offer to contract.
- Gathering interest: informational participation through an enabled channel; it must not be presented as a confirmed purchase.
- Negotiating: comparison of sellers' proposals; estimates remain indicative.
- Offer available: only when complete terms and a defined acceptance process exist.
- Closed: the end of a stage or campaign, with its consequences communicated to affected people.
These stages describe the intended process. Campaign pages must show their actual status; buyer numbers, discounts or countdowns will not be presented as confirmed when they are not.
An informed decision
The aim is to compare the total cost of an equivalent alternative. A campaign may end without a purchase if no suitable offer is obtained. The rules for any financial commitment must be set out in its documents, rather than replaced by this general explanation.
