A good proposal starts with a specific need. You can prepare the information for your idea while the first campaigns and their proposal channel are being set up.

Useful information

  • Manufacturer, model, version and product reference, where available.
  • A public manufacturer or product link and essential features.
  • The quantity you need and intended delivery country.
  • An observed price, its source and date, including which costs it covers.
  • An indicative budget, purchasing timeframe, and compatibility, installation or accessory requirements.

Use public information. Do not include identity documents, other people's addresses or contact details, or confidential quotations. A link identifies the product; it does not give permission to reproduce protected images or documents.

Preparing is not submitting

When using a local preparation or download tool, its fields stay in your browser and the file is saved on your device. This does not send a proposal to MAILOGA, register you for a campaign or reserve stock.

Submission and assessment

The model provides for an account and verified contact details to submit proposals through the online channel once enabled. Before submission, the required data, its use and how to check the outcome will be explained. Preparing an idea or having an account does not establish that a proposal has been submitted.

Proposals would be assessed for clarity, comparability, demand and feasibility. An idea may need more information, overlap with another or be unsuitable for a campaign. It does not create an entitlement to approval, exclusivity or remuneration.

Enquiries about the project

You can write to info@mailoga.com for general enquiries. An enquiry email is not an order and does not replace the joining process for a future campaign.
