A shared need can become an opportunity to negotiate. XAOIN, a MAILOGA initiative, is preparing a service to bring together interest in comparable products and explore terms with professional sellers.

We are preparing the first group-purchasing campaigns. This page explains the intended model; it is not a product offer or contractual terms.

1. Define what we need

The starting point is an identifiable product: manufacturer, model, version, quantity and delivery requirements. A precise reference makes the comparison more useful. A proposal is not an order.

2. Assess the proposal and interest

The model provides for assessing comparability, demand, safety, logistics and feasibility. Similar proposals may help identify a shared need. Interest from several people is not the same as confirmed sales.

3. Negotiate complete terms

MAILOGA would seek and compare offers for the group. The exact product, taxes, delivery, necessary services and any agreed organisation costs must all be considered. A campaign may end without a suitable offer.

4. Review the offer and decide

Before any commitment, the seller, product, complete price, any MAILOGA fee, deadlines and applicable terms must be identified. Each person must be able to understand what they are accepting and its effects.

5. Purchase from the identified seller

Under the intended group-purchasing model, the product sale is concluded directly with the seller. MAILOGA's service is explained separately. Contracts, payments and documents must reflect these roles.

What remains to be defined

The first campaigns must define their countries, timetable, thresholds, financial terms and contracting process. This page does not approve any fees, deposits or commission percentages. Potential savings will be assessed using the comparable final cost, without a guarantee of the lowest price.
