A portal in its information phase
XAOIN is a MAILOGA TRADE, S.L.U. initiative to develop group buying. These terms describe use of the portal’s information, account, contact and local tools. The first campaigns are in preparation and the catalogue accepts no new purchases, reservations or payments.
Browsing is free and does not require an account. Connection charges depend on your provider. Browsing, registering or preparing a proposal does not contract a negotiation service or a product purchase and does not authorise MAILOGA to buy on your behalf.
Account and contact
An account provides access to the personal functions available on the portal. Provide accurate information you are entitled to share, protect your credentials and report access you do not recognise. Do not use another person’s account or impersonate anyone. You may request account closure at info@mailoga.com; the request and any applicable retention will be handled as described in the privacy policy.
The contact form and email are enquiry channels. Sending a message does not guarantee a campaign will open or constitute enrolment, a reservation or an order. Explain your needs without unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Proposals and calculations
The assistant lets you prepare an idea, save it in your browser and download it. These actions are local: they do not send the idea to MAILOGA or register it in your account. Use save or download to keep a copy and remember that clearing browser data can remove the draft. Avoid storing private information on shared devices.
The calculator uses the amounts you enter to show an indicative comparison. It does not verify prices, taxes, delivery charges, availability or product equivalence. Any management cost entered is a calculation assumption, not an approved fee. The result does not guarantee a discount, a final price or an offer.
Future campaigns
Group-buying information describes the planned model. MAILOGA would organise and negotiate, while the product purchase would be concluded with the seller identified in the offer. Before commitments are enabled, the specific terms of each activity, its costs and applicable rights will be provided. These terms set no commission, reservation amount, minimum quantity, contracting deadline or financial cancellation rule.
Illustrative images and categories do not identify real customers, registered buyers or confirmed campaigns. No offer or particular saving is promised.
Permitted use and content
Use the portal lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not introduce malware, try to access areas without authorisation or take actions intended to prevent the portal from working. Text, designs, trade marks, photographs and software retain the rights belonging to MAILOGA or their respective rights holders; access does not grant an exploitation licence beyond using the portal and what the law permits.
Links to manufacturers or other third parties help locate information. Their own terms apply when you visit them; a link does not turn their content into a MAILOGA offer. You may report inaccurate content or content affecting your rights for review.
Operation, changes and responsibility
MAILOGA will seek to maintain the portal’s information and operation. Maintenance or incidents may cause interruptions. Security measures restricting access must be justified and proportionate; they do not remove users’ statutory rights.
Describing a tool as informational does not exclude any legal responsibility MAILOGA has for its activities. No clause limits mandatory rights. Changes to these terms will be published with their date and will not retrospectively amend existing contracts; where a change affects an ongoing account relationship, it will be communicated as appropriate.
The applicable law governs, preserving mandatory consumer protections. Disputes are subject to the competent bodies under the applicable rules, without requiring users to waive any legally protected jurisdiction.
