What is XAOIN?
It is a MAILOGA initiative to develop group purchases: identifying shared needs, gathering interest and exploring terms with professional sellers.
Are any campaigns ready for purchases?
The first group-purchasing campaigns are in preparation. Informational ideas and categories are not offers. A future campaign page must clearly say when a contract can be made and under what terms.
Who will sell the product?
Under the intended model, you will buy directly from the seller identified in the offer. MAILOGA will provide the organisation and negotiation service described separately.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. There may be insufficient interest or no suitable offer. Comparisons must consider the same product and all necessary costs, including any applicable commission.
Will there be a fee or deposit?
The financial terms for the first campaigns remain to be defined. Any commission, deposit or payment authorisation must be explained before contracting. Amounts entered in a calculator are the user's examples and do not establish XAOIN's fees.
Do I need an account?
Public information can be viewed without an account. The model provides for registration and contact verification to submit online proposals once that process is enabled. Creating an account does not join a campaign or authorise a purchase.
Is a proposal an order?
No. Preparing a proposal means defining an idea. If a tool saves or downloads it locally, it does not send it to MAILOGA. Any future submission will be a request for assessment with the effects explained by the enabled channel.
Does participating oblige me to buy?
Reading information or expressing interest must not be confused with contracting. If a future stage introduces a commitment, it must say so expressly and allow you to review the terms before accepting. A button's label does not replace the effects of the actual process.
What if no offer is obtained?
A campaign can end without a purchase. If contracts have been concluded or funds handled, their terms and applicable legal rights will apply. This page does not establish financial policies that have not yet been approved.
Where will delivery and returns be explained?
In each offer's and seller's terms before contracting. The product-sale obligations must be distinguished from MAILOGA's service obligations, while respecting applicable legal rights.
